Description

Manage release processes and provide technical leadership for embedded systems engineering teams.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a small team of engineers in a technical capacity.
• Manage source control and defect tracking using Git, GitHub, and Jira.
• Implement and maintain continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
• Monitor system health and performance using log management and visualization tools.
• Oversee deployments across AWS, Azure, or other cloud infrastructure.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering.
• Proficiency in C/C++ and Linux environments.
• Hands-on experience with embedded systems.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Bash, Go, or Python.
• Experience with log management and analysis tools like Elastic Stack (ELK), Splunk, or Grafana.
• Experience with monitoring systems such as Datadog or CloudWatch.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or Concourse.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure including AWS or Azure.
• Proven track record of 2+ years as a technical lead.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of RDK.
• Experience in Set-top boxes, Broadband Gateways, Networking, or Home Security domains.
