Description

You own end-to-end release planning, scheduling, deployment control, and cross-team coordination.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage end-to-end release plans for scheduling and deployment control.
• Integrate release management practices into the delivery process to ensure consistent IT services.
• Establish infrastructure for tracking, monitoring, and reporting on all release updates and changes.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and impacts across teams, escalating issues as necessary.
• Provide clear communication to leadership regarding release status, accomplishments, and challenges.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in IT operations, service management, or system development.
• 5+ years in Release Management, IT Service, or IT Project Management.
• Proven expertise documenting change and release management in ServiceNow.
• Strong understanding of ITSM, SAFe, and Agile frameworks.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence for tracking release activities.
• Ability to work across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.
• Skilled in problem resolution, strategy development, and process improvement.
