Description

You will manage software release configurations and deployment lifecycles for global projects, ensuring alignment with customer requirements. You own the end-to-end change lifecycle, from design to deployment, and serve as the primary contact for internal and external release activities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver code drops, deployment instructions, and release notes.
• Manage the change lifecycle and participate in Change Approval Board (CAB) meetings.
• Track component versions for internal and third-party software.
• Coordinate troubleshooting for deployment issues and lead lessons learned sessions.
• Automate manual operations to support continuous improvement processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Release Management, Change Management, or Technical Lead roles.
• Proficiency with Kubernetes, Docker, Jira, Jenkins, Git, and Remedy.
• Experience with distributed Cloud deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and CMDB.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and branching strategies (commit, merge, conflict resolution).
• Proven experience managing software development life cycle projects.
• Fluent English with strong verbal and writing skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to work from the office in a hybrid mode in São Paulo.
