Description

You manage application deployments and environment stability across production and lower environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute code and configuration deployments across 13 environments, including Development, QA, Certification, Disaster Recovery, and Production.
• Perform Windows and Linux server builds, including application installation, configuration, testing, and documentation.
• Manage disk storage for NAS, VM, and physical drives to maintain capacity thresholds across all environments.
• Execute database changes using Oracle, MS SQL, and FoxPro to support business requirements.
• Maintain SOP documentation, including network diagrams, procedures, and service dataflow maps.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in configuration, release, or systems administration.
• Advanced scripting skills using Unix or Bash.
• Proficiency with Windows and Linux OS administration and troubleshooting.
• Experience with SQL and Oracle database management.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols including FTP, SFTP, and TCP.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring tools such as Mulesoft and Xmatters.
• Competency in ServiceNow or similar web-based ticketing systems.
• Understanding of Object Oriented Programming and basic programming logic.
• Working knowledge of Cloud IaaS and PaaS services.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS, NetCool, or New Relic.
• Familiarity with Remedy Force.
