Description

Manage the planning, coordination, and delivery of complex releases involving multiple teams and stakeholders.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate release delivery and communicate objectives to ensure quality and timeline alignment with client expectations.
• Manage risks and implement necessary controls to mitigate impact on deliverables.
• Facilitate sync points and planning ceremonies across organizations to meet release milestones.
• Ensure compliance with standards and provide end-to-end visibility into deliverable health.
• Support teams with questions regarding Agile and waterfall frameworks.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in release management, Scrum Master, or Release Train Engineer roles.
• Strong Project Management expertise.
• Proficiency with Agile tools, specifically Bitbucket.
• Deep understanding of release and deployment components.
• Experience working within both Agile and waterfall frameworks.
• Ability to connect high-level project goals with granular technical details.
• Degree in any field of study.
