Description

You own the end-to-end release lifecycle for multiple banking applications, managing calendars, rosters, and risk documentation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the release management lifecycle, maintaining release calendars and rosters for multiple applications.
• Manage release scope risks, documenting all deviations and statistics for stakeholder forums.
• Collaborate with Change Management, Incident Management, Architecture, and Infrastructure teams to improve release processes.
• Lead team management activities, including shift scheduling and leadership of release operations.
• Participate actively in audits and coordinate closely with development and application support teams.

Required Skills

• 8-12 years of experience in release management or related technical roles.
• Proficiency with CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins or GitLab.
• Experience with version control systems like Git or SVN.
• Practical knowledge of configuration management tools including Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
• Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships across engineering, cloud, and business application providers.
• Strong understanding of business domains and application support structures.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within a regulated banking or financial services environment.
