Description

Manage software deployment lifecycles and oversee ITSM practices to ensure stable, efficient releases.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule software releases by collaborating with development teams and product owners.
• Manage the release calendar and coordinate deployments to minimize business disruption.
• Establish release processes, best practices, and configuration management to maintain version control and documentation.
• Facilitate change management procedures and evaluate potential impacts before deployment.
• Conduct post-release reviews and root cause analysis to drive continuous process improvement.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in release management, deployment automation, and change management in cloud environments.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools including Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with mobile application deployment processes for iOS and Android.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using Bash or Python.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA Service Management and ServiceNow.
• ITIL v4 Certification and a strong understanding of ITIL best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience implementing Canary Region deployment strategies.
