Design and implement an end-to-end multimodule release management process for the Medicaid Enterprise System Transformation.
Responsibilities
Design business processes to coordinate release management activities between multiple vendors and ensure all evidence is documented within Application Lifecycle Management tools.
Serve as the functional lead for the implementation of ServiceNow Change Management and Incident Management.
Coordinate schedules of pending and approved IT change management requests and lead IT change control management duties.
Manage release schedules by coordinating multiple teams to ensure tasks align with project timelines.
Author and coordinate business continuity plans and assist with Operations and Maintenance activities for system modules.
Required Skills
10+ years of technical development or change management experience.
Deep understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, including Change Management, Release Management, and Service Asset and Configuration Management.
Proven experience coordinating releases across multiple vendors and applications.
Proficiency with ServiceNow and Jira.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Visio, LucidChart, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, and SharePoint.
Expertise in Microsoft 365 Office Suite.
Knowledge of project management principles, data collection, and analysis methods.
Ability to organize risks and issues for presentation in formal reports and documentation.
