Key Responsibilities
✔ Own and manage the complete Release Management lifecycle across multiple environments.
✔ Develop and maintain release calendars, deployment schedules, release plans, and release roadmaps.
✔ Coordinate release activities across Development, QA, DevOps, Infrastructure, Business, and other cross-functional teams.
✔ Lead release planning sessions, release-readiness reviews, and Go/No-Go meetings.
✔ Manage and coordinate production and non-production deployments.
✔ Identify, assess, track, and mitigate release risks, issues, dependencies, and potential deployment impacts.
✔ Ensure compliance with established Change Management, governance, and release-control processes.
✔ Track release progress and provide clear status updates, risk reports, and issue communications to stakeholders and leadership.
✔ Develop and coordinate rollback, recovery, and contingency strategies for failed or unsuccessful deployments.
✔ Partner closely with QA teams to ensure successful testing, validation, quality checks, and release sign-offs.
✔ Conduct post-release reviews and drive continuous improvement across release and deployment processes.
✔ Maintain release documentation, deployment reports, audit records, compliance artifacts, and release-management repositories.

✅ 10+ years of overall IT experience
✅ 5+ years of Release Management experience
✅ 5+ years of Change Management experience
✅ 3+ years of experience working in Agile and Scrum environments
✅ 3+ years of CI/CD Pipeline and DevOps experience
✅ 3+ years of Production Deployment and Release Governance experience
✅ 3+ years of hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and Jira
✅ 2+ years of experience with GitHub or GitLab
✅ 2+ years of experience with Jenkins
✅ 3+ years of experience in Risk Management and Release Planning
✅ 3+ years of experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders
✅ 2+ years of experience with SDLC and deployment processes
