Description

Own the end-to-end release management process for the Medicaid Enterprise System Transformation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement business processes to coordinate release activities across multiple vendors.
• Serve as functional lead for ServiceNow Change Management and Incident Management implementation.
• Coordinate schedules for pending and approved IT change management requests.
• Manage release schedules to align tasks with project timelines and ensure evidence documentation in ALM tools.
• Author business continuity plans and support Operations and Maintenance activities.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of technical development or change management experience.
• Deep understanding of ITSM processes, including Change, Release, and Service Asset/Configuration Management.
• Proven experience coordinating releases across multiple vendors and applications.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow and Jira.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Visio, LucidChart, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, and SharePoint.
• Expertise in Microsoft 365 Office Suite.
• Knowledge of project management principles, data collection, and analysis methods.
• Ability to organize risks and issues for formal reports and documentation.
