Description

You will own the end-to-end Release Management lifecycle across multiple environments, coordinating deployments and ensuring governance compliance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain release calendars, roadmaps, and deployment schedules for production and non-production environments.
• Lead release planning sessions, readiness reviews, and Go/No-Go meetings with cross-functional teams including Dev, QA, DevOps, and Infrastructure.
• Identify, track, and mitigate release risks, issues, and dependencies while ensuring compliance with Change Management and governance processes.
• Coordinate rollback, recovery, and contingency strategies for failed deployments and conduct post-release reviews to drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain comprehensive release documentation, audit records, and provide clear status updates and risk reports to stakeholders and leadership.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years in Release Management and Change Management.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence.
• 3+ years of CI/CD Pipeline and DevOps experience, including production deployment and release governance.
• 3+ years of Agile and Scrum environment experience.
• 2+ years of experience with GitHub, GitLab, or Jenkins.
• 3+ years of experience in Risk Management and Release Planning.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow, Splunk, and AppDynamics for monitoring and incident management.
