Description

You will plan, coordinate, and manage software releases across multiple teams and environments to ensure smooth, on-schedule deployment with minimal disruption.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and oversee the deployment of software releases, patches, and configuration changes.
• Coordinate release activities across multiple teams to ensure readiness and smooth delivery.
• Maintain the release calendar and communicate schedules, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with DevOps and Infrastructure teams to automate and improve release processes.
• Track and report release metrics, including scope changes, deployment success rates, and post-release issues.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in release management, DevOps, or software delivery.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, version control (e.g., Git), and deployment tools.
• Familiarity with ITIL, Safe Agile, or similar change management practices.
• Knowledge of FAST Application.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to identify and mitigate risks in the release process while ensuring compliance with internal standards.
• Regularly communicate release status and risks to leadership and other interested parties.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Ensuring proper testing, change control, and rollback procedures are followed.
