Description

You plan, schedule, and manage software releases across UAT, QA, DevOps, and Production environments for multiple SaaS applications.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate release activities across 3–5 simultaneous projects, ensuring timely delivery.
• Establish and enforce release governance standards aligned with Agile and ITIL/ITSM practices.
• Manage risk assessment, release readiness, and mitigation planning.
• Monitor, track, and communicate release progress, dependencies, and issues to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Release Manager, preferably in SaaS.
• Strong background managing UAT, QA, DevOps, and Production environments.
• Expertise with Jenkins, Git, ServiceNow, and Jira.
• Proven experience handling parallel releases across multiple projects.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes (Change, Incident, and Problem Management).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and release planning.
• Ability to work effectively in a regulated financial services environment.
