Description

You will serve as a Release Train Engineer and servant leader to drive large-scale agile transformation and optimize flow delivery across Agile Release Trains (ART).

Responsibilities

• Facilitate ART events including ART syncs, System Demos, and PI system demos.
• Manage PI risks and dependencies using the ROAM technique and ART planning boards.
• Mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Product Managers on agile mindset, coaching, and continuous improvement.
• Remove roadblocks for the ART through cross-team collaboration and leadership alignment.
• Set up dashboards to track predictability, quality, and execution progress metrics.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) and Coach.
• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master developing high-quality software products.
• 15+ years of overall professional experience.
• Expertise in facilitating ART syncs and System Demos.
• Strong proficiency in Jira.
• Deep understanding of Lean-Agile scaling, Flow of Value, and dependency management.
• Proven ability in coaching, mentoring, and facilitation.
• Practical knowledge of CI/CD, TDD, and BDD.
