Description

Coordinate multi-phase work delivery against change and release calendars while supporting the full change management process. This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Forecast and coordinate delivery of multi-phase work against change and release calendars.
• Support the full change management process, including pre, during, and post-implementation activities.
• Collaborate with Engineers, Program and Project Managers, and support teams to ensure seamless technology deployment.
• Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management.
• Understand and support technical implementation processes across networking and emerging technology areas.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience supporting network projects and programs in a technical role.
• Strong background in change management, CAB processes, and IT service delivery.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with Lean-Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, or a related technical field.

Preferred Skills

• Industry certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or Agile methodologies.
• Technical certifications like CCNA.
