Description

Coordinate and forecast the delivery of multi-phase work against change and release calendars, supporting the full change management process.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Support pre, during, and post-implementation activities for seamless technology deployment.
• Collaborate with Engineers, Program Managers, and support teams to ensure project success.
• Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management.
• Understand and support technical implementation processes across networking and emerging technology areas.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience supporting network projects and programs in a technical role.
• Strong background in change management, CAB processes, and IT service delivery.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.
• Experience with Lean-Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe Agile methodologies.
• Ability to forecast delivery and manage change calendars effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Industry certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or Agile methodologies.
• Technical certifications like CCNA.
