Own the end-to-end release lifecycle for iOS, Android, and backend platforms, ensuring predictable delivery and minimal disruption.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the release calendar and coordinate scope with Product, Engineering, QA, and Ops teams.
• Oversee end-to-end execution, including build, testing, deployment, and mobile app store submissions.
• Facilitate release readiness reviews, go/no-go decisions, and rollback planning.
• Communicate release status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, translating technical details into business context.
• Drive process improvements, maintain CI/CD best practices, and analyze release performance metrics.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in release management, engineering operations, or technical program management.
• Strong understanding of mobile app development lifecycles for iOS and Android.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions and CircleCI.
• Proficiency with Git version control and branching strategies.
• Deep familiarity with backend systems, APIs, and deployment processes.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple teams and manage competing priorities under pressure.
• Strong communication skills with experience influencing stakeholders without direct authority.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in mobile-first or consumer-facing applications.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
