Description

You will own the end-to-end software release process, coordinating activities across development, QA, and operations teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate release activities across development, QA, and operations teams.
• Maintain release documentation and tracking in QuickBase and SharePoint.
• Facilitate release readiness meetings and ensure pre-release tasks are completed.
• Monitor release execution, troubleshoot issues, and capture lessons learned.
• Communicate release status and manage post-release activities.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in release management or software delivery coordination.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, and QA processes.
• Proficiency with QuickBase and SharePoint for documentation and tracking.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Proven track record fulfilling Release Manager responsibilities in a large-scale enterprise environment.
• Experience with SAFe methodology.
