Description

You will own the end-to-end release management process and coordinate delivery across cross-functional teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end release cycles, including tracking GO/NO GO calls and participating in DCAB meetings.
• Collaborate with Program Managers to establish project schedules and track resource requirements.
• Monitor risks and issues, providing mitigation plans and driving resolution through stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate with QA teams for test script submission and manage IR tracking within ALM.
• Act as the single point of contact for all project-related issues during post-production.

Required Skills

• 5-10 years of experience in release management or project coordination.
• Hands-on experience with ALM and ServiceNow.
• Proficiency in Release Management and Change Management.
• Expertise in Risk Tracking and Defect Management.
• Experience with QA coordination, including test script and test condition tracking.
• Proven ability to manage multiple releases across development, QA, and PMO teams.
• Strong background in project scheduling and issue resolution.
• Demonstrated experience handling production escalations and stakeholder communication.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing Cost of Quality (COQ) metrics.
