Description

You will manage end-to-end project and release lifecycles to ensure all standards and processes are met.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Guide projects through all phases, ensuring documentation is complete and tracking systems remain updated.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans to drive results.
• Identify, assign, track, escalate, and resolve project issues.
• Schedule and facilitate regular progress meetings, including formulating agendas and documenting action items.
• Provide project status metrics on deliverables and escalate critical issues to senior leadership.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of end-to-end project or release management experience.
• Proficiency with Jira and Remedy.
• Strong project management and financial management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing releases in a regulated or high-standard environment.
• Familiarity with financial tracking tools beyond standard Microsoft Office.
