Description

You will own production stability and release cycles for front office systems, ensuring high availability and rapid incident resolution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own Major Incident Management (MIM) and drive resolution for critical production issues.
• Monitor and troubleshoot batch jobs, application errors, and system performance bottlenecks.
• Perform root cause analysis to proactively minimize support problems and improve stability.
• Execute database scripts for ad-hoc reporting and user requests.
• Coordinate business groups to resolve queries and manage quarterly maintenance windows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in release or project management roles.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow and Odyssey platforms.
• Strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge).
• Hands-on experience with Project Management methodologies.
• Ability to maintain and execute database scripts for data analysis.
• Experience in direct business integration and managing high-pressure environments.
• Analytical skills for detailed data parsing and error checking.
