Description

You will manage the planning and execution of releases for payment technology platforms and applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain the release roadmap for one or more applications.
• Plan and coordinate multiple parallel releases, including go-live and post-go-live activities.
• Track change activities throughout the release process and lead decision meetings to secure stakeholder approval.
• Set up handover sessions from development teams to operations teams.
• Integrate automation and DevOps practices into release orchestration to increase efficiency.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of IT project management and planning experience.
• Proven experience in release or deployment management, preferably within the banking sector.
• Practical understanding of Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies.
• Experience with ITIL framework, including incident, problem, and change management tools.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Working knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
• Fundamental technical knowledge to create and validate deployment runbooks with development teams.
• Proficient spoken and written English.
• Availability to work paid evenings and weekends for implementation events.

Preferred Skills

• Basic understanding of DevOps ways of working.
• Experience working at the intersection of IT and business operations.
