Description

You own the architecture, implementation, and management of release strategies for multi-tier applications.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce and .NET applications using Azure DevOps.
• Manage Salesforce deployments using Gearset, overseeing version control and rollback strategies.
• Coordinate releases for .NET applications via Azure DevOps pipelines and automation.
• Enforce change control processes, ensuring compliance with audit and regulatory needs.
• Execute release readiness reviews, manage deployment schedules, and triage post-change incidents.

Required Skills

• 7+ years in Software Engineering, Release Management, DevOps Engineering, or Change Management.
• Hands-on experience with Gearset for Salesforce release management.
• Proven experience managing releases for Salesforce and .NET applications in enterprise settings.
• Deep understanding of ITIL change management and release governance frameworks.
• Experience with risk, compliance, audit, and regulatory reporting in large IT environments.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps and CI/CD practices.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
