Description

You will own the end-to-end release lifecycle, managing delivery schedules and process improvements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage release planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate cross-team communication to ensure project deliverables are met.
• Identify and mitigate risks that impact release timelines.
• Conduct release readiness assessments and milestone reviews.
• Drive continuous improvements to existing release processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in release management or similar roles.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipeline management.
• Proficiency with GitLab and Jenkins.
• Deep understanding of SDLC and application infrastructure.
• Experience working within DevOps and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with E-commerce and WCM platforms including AEM, Drupal, BigCommerce, Joomla, or Concertful.
• Knowledge of Electric Flow.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
