Description

You will own the process and execution of software releases.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage software infrastructure and configuration across releases.
• Lead Agile Scrum teams through the development lifecycle.
• Apply Agile techniques including User Stories, TDD, and BDD during development.
• Handle PI/PSI planning and related ceremonies.

Required Skills

• Minimum 6 years of experience specifically in Release Management.
• 10+ years of overall experience in IT.
• Experience with Release Management tools.
• Proficiency in Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
• Experience with PI Planning and Disciplined Agile Development (DAD).
• Knowledge of Agile techniques such as TDD and BDD.

Preferred Skills

• Demonstrated ability in analytical thinking and problem-solving.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
