You will own the end-to-end management of the release and deployment process.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage end-to-end release plans for scheduling, planning, and controlling deployments.
• Integrate release management practices into the delivery process to ensure repeatable IT services at defined levels.
• Establish tracking and monitoring infrastructure for all relevant updates and changes, converting data into actionable reports and recommendations.
• Identify, manage, and escalate risks and dependencies to protect organizational interests.
• Provide subject matter expert guidance on Release and Deployment management and assist in developing collision avoidance strategies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in an information systems operations environment in service management, systems analysis, or development.
• Proficiency with IT workflow tools, including ServiceNow, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Advanced knowledge of software development practices (e.g., SAFe, Agile) and IT Service Management (ITSM) lifecycle.
• Demonstrated ability to document change and release management within ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.
• Understanding of DevOps and continuous delivery principles.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams toward task completion.

• Strong executive communication skills, both written and verbal.
