Description

You will own the planning, scheduling, and execution of complex software releases, coordinating resources and cross-functional teams to deliver new products and changes.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and plan release activities, managing resources for the creation of new deliverables or changes to existing ones.
• Direct, manage, and coordinate release team members, including collaboration with internal consultants and user groups.
• Ensure high-level project release implementation management expertise through professional conduct and accreditation.
• Handle multiple priorities effectively, resolving conflicts and influencing key project participants.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of experience in software quality assurance and release management.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow, Confluence, Jira, AWS, and Open Text WEM.
• Experience managing large or complex project releases.
• Knowledge of project management tools such as MS Project.
• Solid team building and leadership capabilities.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing the implementation of several large releases as a project or release manager within the previous five years.
• Demonstrated resilience and resourcefulness in handling high-pressure situations.
