Description

You will own the enterprise platform team's code repositories and coordinate software releases across brands and channels.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule delivery dates for mobile, API, and web releases while maintaining the release calendar in Confluence.
• Establish and enforce release management processes, including entry and exit criteria for QA and UAT environments.
• Manage the Change Request (CR) process in Jira, documenting ticket lists, fix versions, and PR details.
• Oversee production deployments, ensuring primary and DR environments remain in sync and coordinating pre-deployment activities.
• Communicate release status, risks, and decisions to stakeholders, managing phased rollouts and rollback procedures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in release management.
• Proficiency in managing release lifecycles for Mobile, API, and Web platforms.
• Expertise using Jira for ticket versioning and Change Request management.
• Experience maintaining documentation and release calendars in Confluence.
• Ability to coordinate complex deployments across primary and DR production environments.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder management and leadership approval processes.
• Experience defining and monitoring release KPIs and post-release metrics.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
