Description

You will guide the agile release train by partnering with Product Managers and IT Delivery Owners to ensure predictable software delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Establish program-level cadence and drive ceremonies including PI Planning, Product Management Council, and Scrum of Scrums.
• Define and refine the program backlog in collaboration with other program leaders.
• Provide leadership, direction, and coaching to Scrum teams and Scrum Masters.
• Serve as the escalation point for impediment removal for Scrum Masters and development teams.
• Maintain metrics to provide stakeholders with visibility on program-level plans, progress, and quality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Agile and Scrum practices.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master and/or Agile Coach, preferably supporting highly distributed teams.
• Hands-on experience leading agile transformation and delivering software solutions.
• Solid understanding of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) with practical experience operating Release Trains.
• Experience in Product Management.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams or managing people from a career development perspective.
• Strong skills in collaboration and planning.
