You will manage the Agile Release Train flow of value and align activities with strategic organizational goals.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and align ART activities with organizational strategic objectives.
• Serve as a liaison between product management, development, and operations teams.
• Maintain Program Increment calendars and implement PI Planning events.
• Identify and manage bottlenecks while mitigating ART risks.
• Promote continuous improvement through Inspect and Adapt events.

Required Skills

• SAFe Release Train Engineer Certification.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• JIRA expertise including board building, access management, troubleshooting, and user type conversion.
• Proficiency in SAFe and Release Management.
• Experience with SAP XI and Service Work.
• High-level understanding of general technology architecture.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
