Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary facilitator and coach for the Agile Release Train (ART).
• Plan, coordinate, and facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning events.
• Ensure alignment of Agile teams with business priorities and strategic objectives.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies, risks, and impediments across the ART.
• Track and report ART progress, metrics, and delivery performance.
• Facilitate Scrum of Scrums, ART Sync, Inspect & Adapt (I&A), and System Demo ceremonies.
• Coach Scrum Masters, Product Managers, Product Owners, and Agile teams on SAFe best practices.
• Promote continuous improvement and Lean-Agile principles across the organization.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Solution Architects, Business Owners, and stakeholders.
• Manage program risks using the ROAM framework (Resolved, Owned, Accepted, Mitigated).
• Drive predictability, transparency, and continuous delivery within the ART.
• Support Agile transformation initiatives and organizational change management.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Agile project delivery, Scrum, or Program Management.
• 3+ years of experience as a Release Train Engineer (RTE), Scrum Master, or Agile Program Manager.
• Hands-on experience implementing the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Experience managing multiple Agile teams in enterprise environments.
