Description

You will facilitate and coach the Agile Release Train (ART) to ensure predictable, transparent, and continuous delivery of value.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning events and ART ceremonies including Scrum of Scrums, ART Sync, Inspect & Adapt, and System Demos.
• Coach Scrum Masters, Product Managers, Product Owners, and Agile teams on SAFe best practices and Lean-Agile principles.
• Manage program risks using the ROAM framework and coordinate cross-team dependencies, risks, and impediments.
• Track and report ART progress, metrics, and delivery performance to stakeholders and business owners.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Solution Architects to align Agile teams with business priorities and strategic objectives.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Agile project delivery, Scrum, or Program Management.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Release Train Engineer (RTE), Scrum Master, or Agile Program Manager.
• Proven expertise implementing the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile Release Train (ART), Kanban, and Lean-Agile principles.
• Experience facilitating PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt (I&A), and System Demos.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting Agile transformation initiatives and organizational change management.
• Background in managing multiple Agile teams simultaneously.
