Own the release train engineering process for enterprise-scale agile delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate release planning and manage release management tooling.
• Drive transparency and accountability through metrics, reporting, and risk escalation.
• Manage large-scale, multi-team dependencies and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
• Stakeholder management and program coordination for technical infrastructure initiatives.

Required Skills

• 5–9 years of hands-on Release Train Engineering experience.
• Expert-level knowledge of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) and enterprise agile delivery models.
• Strong understanding of middleware and technical infrastructure in enterprise environments.
• Proficiency in release planning coordination and release management tooling.
• Proven program and project coordination skills.
• Ability to drive transparency through metrics and risk escalation.
