Release Train Engineer

Manage the execution and coordination of an Agile Release Train (ART) to ensure multiple teams deliver unified product releases.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate ART-level ceremonies including PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, Release Planning, Sprint Demos, and Retrospectives.
• Manage risks, resolve roadblocks, and escalate impediments to maintain delivery momentum.
• Support Product Owners with requirements gathering and various scrum activities.
• Define and collect program-level metrics to drive continuous assessment and improvement.
• Coach team members and stakeholders on SAFe and Agile best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a SAFe Agile Release Train Engineer.
• Proven experience managing multiple scrum teams within an Agile Release Train (ART).
• SAFe RTE certification.
• CSM (Certified Scrum Master) certification.
• CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) certification.
• PMI-ACP certification.
• Strong understanding of SAFe frameworks and industry best practices.
• Ability to act as a goal-driven servant leader in a collaborative environment.
