Description

You will serve as a servant leader and Program Manager for the delivery of new products across up to 10 Agile teams.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Agile Release Train (ART) events, ceremonies, and processes including PI Planning, Scrum-of-Scrums, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt.
• Synthesize, track, and communicate Program Increment (PI) objectives, risks, and dependencies to key partners.
• Supervise the execution of features across ARTs, Scrum, and Kanban teams.
• Partner with Chief Product Owners, Solution Architect Engineers, and Tech Leads to ensure strategic alignment and execution.
• Coach teams to drive continuous improvement and deliver value to the marketplace.

Required Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Release Train Engineer or Program Manager.
• Proven expertise in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) for scaling delivery across teams.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and program management.
• Proficiency with Agile toolchains including Jira, Jira Align, Rally, and Miro.
• Strong background in Agile delivery with a record of building new products, capabilities, and teams.
• Ability to lead independently and manage complex product implementations.
• Practical experience in Agile team facilitation and PI Planning.
