Description

You will serve as the servant leader for the Agile Release Train, driving execution and facilitating scaled Lean-Agile practices. You own the flow of value from planning through delivery, coaching teams and resolving systemic impediments.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate ART processes and manage risks using Program and Solution Kanban boards.
• Lead PI Planning readiness by driving Continuous Exploration and facilitating Pre- and Post-PI Planning meetings.
• Establish annual calendars for Iterations and Program Increments while aligning strategy between Product Management and stakeholders.
• Coach leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile mindsets and guide continuous improvement.
• Manage progress against metrics to ensure accountability with organizational strategic priorities and Lean Budgets.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in product development process cycles.
• Advanced knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban techniques.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps.
• Demonstrated expertise in performing multiple PI Planning sessions.
• Strong understanding of portfolio management techniques and strategic planning principles.
• Proven ability to facilitate, coach, and guide teams through influence and collaboration.
• Advanced negotiation, leadership, and conflict resolution abilities.
• Solid grasp of information systems, interlinkages, and operations.
