Description

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in software delivery, release management, or program management, including 3+ years as an RTE, release lead, or equivalent.
• Strong experience with SAFe Agile, Scrum at scale, and multi-team delivery coordination; SAFe RTE certification preferred.
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow delivery, including update sets, environment promotion, ATF, ITSM change and release management, and upgrades.
• Experience managing release gates, go/no-go decisions, cross-team dependencies, risks, and delivery governance.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow SPM, including reporting on cycle time, throughput, and release success.
• Understanding of SDLC governance, quality assurance, testing alignment, and release readiness.
• Experience working in regulated enterprise environments with SOX, GxP-adjacent controls, or similar compliance requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate distributed teams across the US and India while maintaining scope, quality, and delivery timelines
