Description

Coordinate Agile Release Train activities to synchronize Scrum Masters and drive collective goals.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Organize and lead SAFe events including PI planning, ART syncs, demos, and backlog refinement.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to maintain backlog health and prioritize features for PI cycles.
• Manage PI plan changes and evaluate their impact on the value chain and dependencies.
• Resolve cross-team impediments and improve value flow through departmental collaboration.
• Analyze program budgets, cost profiles, and resource allocation to ensure performance parameters.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience.
• Deep understanding of SAFe framework and Agile best practices.
• Experience managing upstream and downstream dependencies.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Ability to use quality and delivery metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Experience with Jenkins.
• Strong stakeholder communication and feature definition skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience tailoring SAFe practices to specific organizational needs.
