job responsibilities include:
Lead end-to-end Agile Release Train (ART) execution across multiple delivery teams and stakeholders.
Facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning, Scrum of Scrums, Inspect & Adapt sessions, and other SAFe governance ceremonies.
Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, impediments, and escalations to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
Coach Agile teams, Product Managers, Product Owners, and stakeholders on SAFe and Lean-Agile best practices.
Align business strategy, product roadmaps, and program execution across multiple workstreams.
Monitor ART performance using Agile metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Promote adoption of modern AI-enabled tools and processes, including Copilot, Claude, and AI Development Lifecycle (AIDLC) methodologies.
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience working with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
3+ years of experience in Program Management within Agile environments.
Experience leading Agile Release Trains across multiple teams and complex delivery programs.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Lean principles, and enterprise delivery models.
Experience facilitating PI Planning, dependency management, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
Strong communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to drive execution while balancing strategic and operational priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience utilizing AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or similar platforms.
Knowledge of AI Development Lifecycle (AIDLC) processes and governance frameworks.
SAFe certifications such as:
SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE)
SAFe Agilist (SA)
SAFe Program Consultant (SPC)
Experience supporting large-scale Agile transformation initiatives.
Familiarity with Agile metrics, reporting dashboards, and delivery analytics.
