Description

Lead end-to-end Agile Release Train execution across multiple delivery teams and stakeholders.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Program Increment Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and Inspect & Adapt sessions.
• Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and impediments to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
• Coach Agile teams, Product Managers, and stakeholders on SAFe and Lean-Agile best practices.
• Align business strategy, product roadmaps, and program execution across multiple workstreams.
• Promote adoption of AI-enabled tools (Copilot, Claude) and AI Development Lifecycle methodologies.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
• 3+ years of Program Management experience within Agile environments.
• Experience leading Agile Release Trains across multiple teams and complex delivery programs.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Lean principles, and enterprise delivery models.
• Proven ability to facilitate PI Planning, dependency management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience utilizing AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or Claude.
• Knowledge of AI Development Lifecycle processes and governance frameworks.
