Description

Requirements (NON-NEGOTIABLES)

• Strong SAFe Agile experience, including PI Planning and ART execution.

• Experience working with cloud-based software platforms and distributed engineering teams.

• Experience in regulated medical device environments

• Strong facilitation, communication, and organizational skills.

• 8+ years of experience in software development program/project management, Agile delivery, Scrum Master, RTE, TPM, or related roles.

• 3+ years serving as an RTE, Senior Scrum Master, Agile Program Manager, or equivalent role supporting multiple Agile teams.

• 3+ years working in SAFe or similar scaled Agile environments.

• Experience supporting large Agile programs consisting of multiple Scrum teams.

• Demonstrated ability to manage dependencies, integrations, risks, and stakeholder communications.

• Supports Commercial Operations with a centralized program approach

• Large product development organization aligned to IT

• Enterprise-level initiatives driven through the IT group and R&D Program Office

Technology Environment

• Cloud-first initiatives underway

o Multiple workstreams supporting cloud development

• Team structure:

o ~8 Scrum teams operating in parallel

• Mobile development focused on iOS

• Teams working on:

o Environment setup and configuration (scripting, DevOps support)

o Cloud platform development

o Mobile application development
