Description

You will lead Agile delivery and coordination within the release train, ensuring smooth program execution and resolving impediments to maintain delivery flow.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and processes using Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe methodologies.
• Manage program execution to maintain steady delivery flow.
• Apply knowledge of banking products and regulatory requirements to guide technical workflows.
• Utilize project management tools to track progress and maintain visibility across the team.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in Agile environments.
• Certified SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE).
• Expertise in SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban frameworks.
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
• Deep understanding of banking products, services, and regulatory environments.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
