Description

You will guide the development process as the Release Train Engineer.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and coach teams according to Agile principles.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts within the train.
• Apply systems thinking to identify and solve process bottlenecks.
• Drive release planning and execution across the Agile Release Train.
• Cooperate with Product Management and System Architects to ensure alignment.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in software development or engineering management.
• Deep understanding of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• CSM (Certified ScrumMaster) certification or equivalent experience.
• Strong facilitation and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to apply systems thinking to complex organizational problems.

Preferred Skills

• SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) Certification.
• SAFe Agilist (SA) Certification.
