Lead release train coordination to ensure efficient delivery and alignment across teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage JIRA administration, including building boards, managing access, and troubleshooting.
• Facilitate communication and alignment across the release train.
• Apply high-level understanding of technology architecture to support delivery.
• Mentor and coach team members using a servant leadership approach.
• Lobby for necessary resources and advocate for correct technical decisions.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience.
• SAFe Release Train Engineer Certification.
• Scrum Master Certification.
• Advanced proficiency in JIRA administration and board management.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent work experience).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Foundational knowledge of software architecture.

Preferred Skills

• MBA or other advanced degree.
• Business Analyst (BA) skill set.
