Facilitate the execution of the Agile Release Train and manage program-level delivery.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Program Increment planning and execution within the SAFe framework.
• Manage dependencies and risks across multiple teams.
• Drive continuous improvement through regular inspections and adaptations.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with program objectives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• SAFe Release Train Engineer Certification.
• SAFe Scrum Master Certification.
• Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence.
• Expertise in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using Miro.
