Description

You will lead Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and manage complex program implementations across multiple applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate ART events and manage Program Increments (PIs) to ensure delivery.
• Lead and coach Agile teams through change and continuous improvement processes.
• Manage multiple project phases running in parallel within complex environments.
• Drive Agile Product Development with a strict focus on delivery outcomes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Release Train Engineer, Scrum Master, or Project Manager.
• Hands-on experience managing Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and Program Increments (PIs).
• Experience implementing large-scale programs involving multiple applications.
• Working knowledge of SAP and S/4 Hana systems and their integration with Agile practices.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and Agile Product Development.
• Experience managing teams through organizational change.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating across complex technical environments.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience working specifically within SAP environments.
