Description

Lead a technical Scaled Agile train supporting Power Platform development in Richmond, VA.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate PI Planning, execution, and synchronization meetings including Scrum of Scrums and Program Committee Meetings.
• Manage and optimize value flow through the ART using Program Kanban and information radiators.
• Drive project delivery through the entire lifecycle, managing release plans, resources, risks, schedules, and budgets.
• Coach managers, teams, and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practices to improve self-organization.
• Establish annual calendars for Iterations and Program Increments while assisting with feature prioritization and tracking.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Release Train Engineer.
• 3+ years of experience managing Power Platform teams.
• PMP and Scrum Master Certifications.
• SAFe SPC or RTE Certification.
• Expertise with Microsoft Project, Visio, and MS Office.
• Proficiency with Agile collaboration tools such as Jira, Version One, or Team Foundation Server.
• Experience leading software development teams through program increment and iteration planning.
