Description

You will orchestrate and facilitate the Agile Release Train (ART) to ensure alignment, prioritization, and value delivery across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate program increment (PI) planning, coordination, and execution.
• Facilitate critical rituals including PI planning, Inspect and Adapt workshops, and Scrum of Scrums.
• Identify and resolve impediments and bottlenecks to maintain workflow progress.
• Track and report on ART progress, team performance, and overall train health using data-driven metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement by supporting retrospectives and helping teams optimize processes.
• Act as a servant leader to guide Scrum Masters and Product Owners while removing barriers to self-organization.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in an RTE or similar leadership role.
• Deep expertise in the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and the SAFe Big Picture.
• Proven experience managing an Agile Release Train (ART).
• Proficiency using Azure DevOps (ADO) for PI Planning.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience with root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies.
• Ability to apply Lean-Agile principles and practices.
• SAFe Certification.

Preferred Skills

• Technical background or experience in software development.
• Knowledge of organizational change management principles.
