Description

Orchestrate the Agile Release Train (ART) to ensure alignment, prioritization, and value delivery across multiple teams. Facilitate key rituals including PI planning, Inspect and Adapt workshops, and Scrum of Scrums. Drive continuous improvement by identifying root causes of impediments and removing barriers to progress.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate PI planning and execution, ensuring teams align on common goals and deliverables.
• Track and report on ART progress using data-driven metrics for team performance and program health.
• Manage dependencies and resolve complex problems that hinder workflow across the train.
• Coach teams on Lean-Agile practices, fostering a culture of servant leadership and self-organization.
• Utilize Azure DevOps (ADO) for PI planning and program management.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Release Train Engineer or in similar Agile coaching roles.
• Deep expertise in the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), including the SAFe Big Picture and Lean-Agile principles.
• Proven track record of facilitating PI planning and Inspect and Adapt workshops.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and resolve conflicts.
• Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for planning and tracking.
• SAFe certification (e.g., SAFe RTE, SAFe POPM) is required.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
