Description

You will orchestrate and facilitate the Agile Release Train (ART) to ensure alignment, prioritization, and value delivery across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate the Agile Release Train (ART) and manage Program Increment (PI) planning, coordination, and execution.
• Facilitate essential rituals including PI planning, Inspect and Adapt workshops, and Scrum of Scrums.
• Identify and resolve impediments and constraints to maintain workflow and progress.
• Track and report on ART progress, team performance, and overall train health using data-driven metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement by supporting retrospectives and helping teams refine procedures and practices.
• Act as a servant leader to support Scrum Masters and Product Owners while removing barriers to self-organization.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Agile environments.
• Expertise in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and the SAFe Big Picture.
• Proven experience with Scrum and Iteration Agile frameworks.
• Hands-on experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) for PI Planning.
• Deep understanding of Lean-Agile practices and principles.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills for stakeholder and leadership alignment.
• Proficiency in root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques.
• Ability to manage conflict resolution and negotiation at the program level.
• SAFe Certification.

Preferred Skills

• Technical knowledge or experience in software development.
• Experience with organizational change management and guiding Agile transitions.
